The Hunters should be the ones to lead the offensive charge and be responsible for making sure the enemy doesn't have a chance to invade. The Hunter is someone who goes out and explores the land. While playing, you should always assign each member of your team a role - whether this is a Hunter or a Gather.
Because without an Improvement Hub, you won't be able to upgrade troops, mine materials such as Coal and Iron, spawn in the Firsts, or build structures like Redstone Launchers.
